You might not agree with the aspect of health, so I’ll elaborate on it a bit. If you meet someone in their 20s with thinning hair and their skin doesn’t look good, your impression of them will likely be that they are not very healthy and  their appearance doesn’t match their age. On the other hand, if you meet someone in their 50s with full and healthy-looking hair and good skin, your impression will likely be that they are  taking care of their health and appearance.

Our hair, our skin, and even our nails are things that people see and form opinions about us. They are also important parts of our self-esteem and feeling of confidence in ourselves and our appearance.

 These are things we have the ability to influence, but often we don’t pay attention to them until there is a drastic change.unfortunately None of us thinks about our hair until we start losing it, until it starts looking worst than before, until someone makes a comment about it. The same goes for other aspects of our appearance also, like  our skin.

The best skincare product?

Usually, when something like this happens, we immediately look for a product that will solve our problem. Some expensive moisturizer from a well-known brand or a medical cream that promises a fuller-looking hair appearance. Our bathroom cabinet is filled with expensive creams and lotions that are supposed to preserve our hair, our skin, and our younger appearance. The thing is, that most of those products work externally on our problem but don’t solve or improve what causes it within the body.

Many of those problems are caused by specific deficiencies in the body (for example, B7 or B12 deficiencies). Therefore, my first recommendation if someone feels a deficiency is to have a blood test and check if there is a specific deficiency. If so, after consulting with a doctor, they can solve it with nutritional supplements

I strongly believe in solving a problem as close to its root as possible. 

For example, if I have a problem that interferes with me aging and my skin looking less good, I will first check if I can solve the cause of the problem (nutritional supplement, dietary change, specific treatment) and only then, if I feel that the condition has not improved enough, I will try creams and lotions.
